As you can tell from all my post, there is a huge gap of radio silence. October and November is the busiest time of the year. I wanted to share this session from October. We had such an amazing family session at Crooks Farm located in Bradford Pa. The fall leaves never disappoint!
What is Crooks Farm?
The Crook Farm is an historic district in Foster Township near Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania, United States. It includes the Crook Farmhouse, constructed originally in 1856 and believed to be the oldest such structure in the area. It also includes the Olmstead Well Site, the first large producer of oil from the Bradford Oil Field.
I had such a WONDERFUL time taking photos for the Seal family this fall! Here are just a few sneak peeks from their session.
My ultimate goal with every family session is for every family to have a good time. I want moms to forget about their complicated schedule of kid events. I want kids to relax and have fun with their parents. I want dads to realize family pictures aren’t really that bad after all. It’s a day filled with togetherness and being connected and having fun with each other.
Thunder Rocks is a rock city that is located in Allegany State Park. It is made up of huge rocks that you can observe and walk up to. It is a great place to visit with your family or to study the geologic history of New York.
You guys – I love shooting in my studio but I also love photographing outdoors! These sessions are a great option if you want a low contact session (I’m 6 feet away!). I’m also happy to wear a mask on top of that to help you feel more comfortable.
Our session was regionally a spring mini. Although it didn’t quite happen like we thought it would, I am happy we were able to do the session outdoors!
This was one of my family mini sessions – on location. You guessed it! The Marilla Trail! It was so much fun capturing this family! These two little ones were full of smiles and had such silly personalities! Enjoy some of these peaks!
The Marilla Trail – Complete Serenity
No matter how many times I visit this location I always feel refreshed. I encourage anyone in the surrounding area to travel their often. The trail awaits your adventure. The beauty it has to offer is in full swing all year round. You cant help but to look around and be completely taken away. The trees sway with the gentle breeze. You can hear them creak as if they are speaking their own language. The water is still. It reflects the tree line around its borders. If your lucky, you will see a fish or two jump right out of the water.
